Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mail boxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just select the email box you want to redirect mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
